This is a boned leg and was not sure as never had it like this before. OMG it was delicious cooked at 230 for 10 mins then reduced to 180 for 20 mins per 500g. Took it out about 10 minutes earlier and cooked to 50 degrees for rare and it was something else. Excellent value for money and no waste.
